People stay in control
We agree in advance who approves what and when the AI hands over to a person. Example: for a complaint or an emergency the AI immediately forwards to the responsible person. Important decisions stay with your employees.
Works with your software
The solution works with what you already use: calendar, phone system, website, email, file storage or industry software. We work out the right connection in the first project.
Data protection
For every solution we check which data is processed, where it is stored and who has access. If we process data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under the GDPR. We do not claim “fully GDPR compliant” across the board before we know the specific use.
By video, without borders
We are based in Potsdam. We work with companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally, mostly by video. You do not need to travel.
