What an AI phone assistant takes over in a business
An AI answers calls when your team has no time. It says up front that it is an AI, answers common questions and writes down the request, the name and the callback number. Difficult or urgent cases go to a human.
An example from our services: a plumber is on site all day. The AI answers calls, asks for the address and the problem and sends every request as a short message to the phone. For a burst pipe it routes straight to the emergency line.

Here the assistant only knows Thümmler AI. In your business it knows your services, your opening hours and your rules instead, and it is connected to your phone system and your calendar. We agree beforehand who approves what and when the AI hands over to a human.
What does such an assistant cost?
Every company is different. That is why we give you the price after the free first call, fixed and in writing. The first project has a fixed price and a clear scope. After that you can book monthly support. It is not required.
Which data does the demo process?
During the call your microphone audio goes straight to OpenAI and the reply comes back the same way. Questions about our services are answered by a model working from the information on this website; for that the question passes briefly through our own server in Frankfurt. We store neither audio nor text. Our server only records that a request arrived, to protect the demo from misuse.
